I recently had the pleasure of sleeping in one of your beds at THE STUDY while visiting my grandson at Yale.  It was like sinking into a downy cloud!  I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world and I want to tell you that your beds are the best!  Congratulations!  I will be back in New Haven if only to spend another blissful night in one of them!

I must say, my wife and I were EXTREMELY pleased with your hotel.  The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've had at a hotel, view was great, amenities were fantastic, food in the restaurant was fantastic, and the help was fantastic.  You get five stars from me!
